How do I track my parcel?
Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as your parcel ships. Depending on the lane, parcels travel with Asendia or Supreme Internationals; any tracking number can be followed on 17track.net.
What is the free reshipment guarantee?
If a parcel is stopped or shows no tracking movement for more than 10 business days, we reship it free on request. Most quiet parcels do arrive on their own — but you never carry the risk.
